Guido Negraszus (born April 22, 1966, in Vennikel, West Germany) is a German-Australian composer, pianist and keyboardist. Additionally, he is an audio engineer and Tonmeister, a degree he obtained at the world-renowned SAE Institute in Sydney Australia.
Over a period of more than 30 years and now 30+ full-length album releases, Guido Negraszus has maintained a steady flow of new music that explores the boundaries of New Age, Worldbeat, Electronic, Ambient music, and more recently in Trailer music (under his name, Akela Sun and Triple7Music). While he feels comfortable working in different genres, such as Electronica, ambient, and world music, his main genre is New Age: music that promotes a calm and relaxing style, with a recognizable melody, usually from the piano, enriched with keyboards, flute, guitars, percussion and Orchestral strings.
